Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of this OCX, or any portion of it, may result in severe civil or criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under law.
The April16_NetColor.ocx may only be distributed with the associated readme file, unless you distribute the April16_NetColor.ocx as part of an application.
GRANT OF LICENCE - You may use the April16_NetColor.ocx freely, you may use it royalty free. No payments are required to use this ocx.
OWNERSHIP - The April16_NetColor.ocx source is owned by April16, and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat April16_NetConnect.ocx like any other copyrighted material (i.e. a book or musical recording).
OTHER RESTRICTIONS - You may not rent or lease the April16_NetColor.ocx. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble April16_NetColor.ocx. The author will not be held responsible for any damage caused by the April16_NetColor.ocx, see the Disclaimer.
