Purchasing Frequently Asked Questions
How Do I Purchase A Licence?
You need to select the correct "Buy Now" for the product that you require a licence. You will be directed to an order form for the selected product on BMT Micro's secure server. Complete all the required fields including the required LicenceName and your credit card details. Once complete you will receive confirmation of your order via email from BMT Micro.
Note: It is strongly advised that you provide a secondary email address in case your primary email address is not working for any reason.

How Long Will It Take To Get My LicenceCode?
Orders are processed by our server automatically once an order nofication is received from BMT Micro. Our aim is to get every LicenceCode processed within a maximum 72hours. Occasionally, they take a bit longer, but generally they are processed and issued the same day as the order is placed, quite often within an hour.

What Is The LicenceCode?
Together with the LicenceName property, the LicenceCode stops any nag screens appearing when using an April16 product. You will need a different LicenceCode for each product that you purchase. Once you have purchased a LicenceCode you will be informed of updates available via www.april-16.co.uk.

How Long Is Support Provided?
Everyone is entitled to support, regardless of whether they have purchased a licence or not. Support does not expire, but is limited to the latest version of each product. The latest version of each product is always available to download free. April16 will not provide support for products other than those downloadable via www.april-16.co.uk. You will not be entitled to support if you breach any terms of the Licence or are suspected of doing so.

Is It Posible To Get A Refund If I Make A Mistake?
Yes, so long as you claim your refund within 30 days of purchasing. Each refund claim is considered on it's own merits, and the refund is not guaranteed. April16 product downloads are fully functional, before purchasing a LicenceCode ensure the product does what you require.

What Happens If I Loose My LicenceCode?
While April16 does keep a record of your LicenceCode and LicenceName the responsibilty for maintaining a record of both lies with you. If you loose your LicenceCode or LicenceName you can request it is resent to you via www.april-16.co.uk/support/request_code.html.
Note: You will require the email address you provided when you purchased. Otherwise send an email explaining to support@april-16.co.uk. It is strongly recommended that keep you LicenceCode and LicenceName in a safe place though.

What Information Does April16 Store About Me?
April16 stores all the information that you enter into the order form, but this information is not used for anything other than issuing a LicenceCode. This information is not available to anybody else. April16 will provide all information stored about you on request to you only. You may have your information changed by emailing your change of details to April16. If April16 wishes to change this policy, anyone affected will be informed in ample time.
